New to ich…

Hey
I have a tank with cardinal tetras and African dwarf frogs with ich. Only the fish have the white spots.
Can ADF get ich?? I can’t find a clear answer online.
And anyone have any treatment ideas?

ADFs don't get ich themselves, but I'd still be careful with treatment since they're sensitive to many fish meds. If you can, move the frogs to a separate cycled tank and treat the tetras there while keeping up with water changes and gravel vacuuming.
