Thanks, everybody for the kind words!
Today and tomorrow I'm going to two different reefer's houses to get some ideas. One guy has his set up with all the bells and whistles. Not something I can afford, but I think I can do some diy to copy his stuff. He's insisting he drill the tank for me and install permanent overflows. Currently I have the old school removable overflows with dual pipes (1200gph) each and U tubes. Never used these before so if I run into trouble, I might take him up on his offer. I use just one cpr overflow on my existing tank with an aqualifter to keep the siphon. I will ask him to drill my sumps for the skimmer and pump.
The second reefer is building a new house and we're getting his room ready for a good size tank. Floor drain, water line, reinforced joists, exhaust fan (humidistat), greenboard, tile floor, etc. He can't understand why I'm pretty excited about this project. This reefing is a sickness and there's nothing like spending somebody else's money:grinyes:
Best regards,
Tom
