So today I got on the mail finally my new Filter for my 100 gal Cichlid tank. Is time to give the 350 some rest. :grinno: Is the Jumbo XL Susun with 4 stage and UV sterilizer. The only thing I have to deal with is the U shape dischrge is too deep on the waterline so the spray bar don't do it's job well. I'm planning on doing a canopy anyway so I will take care of that then. This thing has a huge discharge pressure. :grinyes: Take a pic at the difference in size with the 350. Haha.

nice I guess...hate knock offs though...a more honest comparison would be with the C-360 though....the marineland 350/330/300 is over 30 yrs old..
 
CWOGunner did a review on one of the smaller units. I'm interested to hear about how well it performs.

I'm always puzzled by the the "knock off" comments. Not everything made in China is low quality. Most things we use everyday are made in China. Computer parts...iPhones...
 
I know everything now days is made in china. I know Gunner for a while before I got on this forum and I trust his judgment. I set it up and it has some awesome power and you can't tell is on. Is super silent and it there is some serious power on the discharge side of the filter. I mean it feels like there is a garden hose open in the tank.

knock offs get a bad name.
I got the same negative feed back when I tried the catalina canister filter..

I have 3 of them been running for 1 year with no issues.

silent with good flow.

only catalina is having problems getting more in stock
