Newbie at corals with question

I all.I have decided to

change​

my tank and get some corals.
I have a colt coral that has been my tank a week and he has shrunk and looks like he has drawn up.I have mushrooms,and zoos that are fine.Any idea what might be up with my colt?
Also what all do I need to test for.Here is a list of what test I have and what my reading are.
PH is low 8.0 working on that
Ammonia 0
Nitrate are less than 10
Nitrite 0
Calcium 420
KH 10

I have a mag and iodine test kit on order through the fish store.\
What other test do I need? I wont to be

successful​

with these coals and new ones so any help or advice you can give will be much

appreciated​

With the test kits you have, and teh mag kit your ordered, you have the common ones, and you should be fine with them.

Can you post a pic of the colt coral please, and let us know what lighting you have on the tank...and what flow?....is this the 135 in your Sig??

My light is a current4x 96 watt. Flow I really do not know but I have alot of flow in the tank.
The colt is half way down my tank, he was big and bushy when he went in.

This OT, but that looks like a chocolate chip starfish in the picture there known to eat corals. Just letting you know

That chocholate chip star is a soft coral eater i think....

He has not bothered the colt thats not what is wrong with it.
