Newbie feeding ?

When can i start giving my African cichlids other thing to eat right now they eat flakes but i want something that will get them bigger their jutting juveniles right now

There are many sinking pellets specific to cichlids that help them grow. Just do a google search for cichlid grow. I have used NLS Cichlid Grow in the past and they loved them.

You can start now granted they will not be able to put it in there mouth but they can still peck at it.
