Newbie here-Just Wanted to Say Hello

I tried not to feed them last night and this morning, my cichlid is missing :(

I get about $2.00 worth (15 per $1.00) once a week. I used to feed frozen blood worms but it made the tank dirty.
 
Sorry if I missed this, but how big are the fish? Also, check around and behind the tank, make sure the fish didn't jump out! I've never used frozen blood worms, but if it is clouding up the tank (making it look dirty) you may just be overfeeding
 
The jardini is about 6", saber-tooth is about 5", bichir 6", cichlids about 3".
I check everywhere. and there are no openings where the fish can jump out.
As for the blood worms, I feed about 2 frozen cubes and is eating in less then 10 seconds.
