Newbie needing some help

I just want to say... BRAVO on giving information nicely without insulting the OP, and BRAVO on taking it like a pro. This could be an excuse for a larger tank, and if you get a python automatic gravel vaccuum.. you wont even have to touch any fish water, and you'll have a bigger tank! But you could just get a python although I'm not sure if it'll work on a smaller size tank.

The python will work on a small tank but you might find if you change the water regularly, it doesn't gross you out anymore. lol If your water is very clear and doesn't smell bad, putting your hands in it isn't such a big deal.

If you want a big tank with beautiful fish but don't want to touch water, there's plenty of tank maintenance services available in most areas. Maintaining the tank is half the fun of the whole experience though imo.
