Not to derail the topic, but... Daryl recommends this seller and has probably experienced good service from them or he wouldn't mention it... I advise caution with them, however. I've dealt with them a few times and won't buy from them again, particularly for moss varieties.
You often end up with a faint green mossy starter culture or sludge that has been smeared onto a slab of dirt (to be grown above the water) with no actual moss development yet. This is typical of many other sellers from that region as well - but not all of them are like this. This seller is also very well known for passing off terrestial mosses as fully aquatic when they aren't. They have a slick fancy website showing unbelieveably gorgeous photos... don't believe those either.
Customer service is wonderful when there's a possibility you might add other items to your order... but when their shipment gets lost and never shows up, they become non-responsive. This has happened to me twice now. After an order is placed with them, they contact you again to "urge" you to pay very high express shipping charges. If you decline to do this, you may or may not actually get the package. I've had two shipments from them that were never received - took over 3 months to finally get my money refunded.
Edit: To add the explanation I received from them about my two missing shipments: "Hi, We are facing some kind of problem shipping to US. We are trying to find solution for this problem."
Gee, that's nice... thanks alot... lol. Meanwhile, this "shipping problem" didn't stop them from continuing to market their ads to other US customers the whole time.
I buy from other vendors/distributors from Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Japan who have no problem getting an order to arrive here within 10-14 days on a reliable basis and at no additional cost.
