After several years of experience with freshwater tanks, I decidede to do the crossover an instal a 65 gallons reef aquarium. So far I don't know anything about reef aquariums and Ordered some books to clear the fog. The tank will have a sump refugium filter with a Mag 12 pump, , spray oulet,hang- over skimmer box, 4 96 watts compac fluorescents lamps (36" ) -two actinic and two 10000 k, custom made stand and canopy, cooled with two build in fans and a 100w wattas heater into the sump.
Any advice will be appreciated about types of corals, nudibranchs and other invertebraers, anemones and a few smal coloforful fishes for beginners.

You have a lot of flexibility with the corals. You certainly have enough light for most soft corals and a lot of stonies. It really depends on the look you want for the tank and how much effort you want to put into things like calcium supplementation.

Lots of inverts to choose from. Shrimps, snails, worms, you name it. Again, get some ideas about what you like from the books and browsing at stores and build around them. Almost all nudibranchs are off-limits, however, because they are mostly impossible to feed.

I will like to have a few different blennies, a copperband butterfly and others. What is my limit in quantity?

copperbanded butterflies are not a good choice for beginners, in fact, most butterflies aren't . they aren't very hardy and can be hard to feed. Damsels are very easy, and some are pretty colorful, and firefish are extremely colorful. checkout this list of good beginner fish

Bad thing about Damsels is if you add them first they will attack any other fish you put in afterwords, so i wouldnt suggest Damsels.

usually damsels will only fight other damsels.
you should never keep a pair of damsels (unless there a mated pair)
I've heard that you should only keep and odd number of damsels (1,3,5 etc.)

I can not attest to the fact that damsels are hardy. Don't rag on me for this but I have slain 5 damsels. Its not my fault either. It is the yellow tang that causes everything except green chromis to lose the will to live.

Im using a QT tank to isolate a maroon clown. Hopefully it will be mean enough to counteract the forces coming out of the cave on the east side of my tank
