lol...draft like that tonight. running backs are weak, wide outs are old, qbs are either injured all the time or playing a full year for the first time. defense is good but you only got one, kickers are either hit or miss, tight ends should be the only thing you win consistently.
you dont think this is a good team??? RB's are weak??? Are you kidding me?? what are you going to draft a bunch of TE and D??? By all means draft all the tight ends you want i would recommend you use you first three picks on a TE and 2 Def.

Think he meant 2003.

Thats his best team so far, Jackson is a top 5 RB Harrison and Owens are top receivers even at their age. Lynch will be a star and McNabb rocks.

Even Peterson will be a top RB in the 2nd half of the year.

I can't wait to see your draft.

We moved our draft in my real league to the 24th but it should be over before this one starts.

Thanks for the props on the trophy case. I try.
you seem to be pretty good at fantasy baseball, but here in canada the NHL, CFL, and NFL are the most popular. I rarely even watch baseball but i play on a beer league Friday nights and i love EA Sports Baseball

I play mostly baseball.

Football kind of bores me fantasywise as you only have the weekend for games and not an entire week of games. Also they only play certain teams. A great RB might have to face multiple great run Ds that will cause him to have a subpar year while a lower tier RB has a great season for playing weak Ds. If they all played all teams and played at least 2xs a week it would be more interesting.

you misunderstood my statement charlie. I was saying your tight ends were good, better than most people would have. I also wasn't saying draft 32 defenses either. It is usually a good idea to have a backup defense for bye week purposes. That wasn't meant to burn Jackson either, I would take him second pick as well, Lynch is going to play against the AFC North this year with blitzing D's against a mediocre o-line at the best. Peterson will be splitting carries with Chestor Taylor, the guy with 1200+ yards last season, 10+ Tds, the only reason basicly the Vikings did anything last season because Tavaris Jackson isn't very good. Marvin Harrison is a great wideout but T.O might falter if Romo has a season like the end of last season (2 Tds, 10 ints I think in the last 4 games.) Who the heck are Ronald Curry and Drew Bennett (I know who they are, but stat-wise)? McNabb is also good IF he stays healthy (needs to stop running.) Rackers finally showed what he did while he played with the Bengals, last year. Unreliable. Elam sucks.

Fact....Atlanta traded up from fourth to get first pick, and claimed a dazzling young quarterback from Virginia Tech named Michael Vick. Vick was going to be the saviour of the franchise and his jersey quickly sold out not just across Atlanta, but across North America. The only jersey with more nationwide sales at the time? Controversial reciever Randy Moss. Fact...the fourth pick that year (which Atlanta traded away to secure Vick) was used to select LaDanian Tomlinson. Vick openly admitted to "not giving his all" in his last regular season game. He later killed 8 pit bulls because they did not give thier all. Bad Newz Kennels was created in 1993 by Vick as he recuperated from a broken leg injured in a preseason game, as something to pass the time until his return to football.
I believe it was the 5th pick sir...ATL Traded with SD and they got Vick and we got God..err I mean LaDanian T.

If SD keeps leaning on LT he is going to end up like Terrell Davis and Shaun Alexander. They have another good WR to go with Gates and if they can get that passing game to really open up they can run LT less but still get the same rushing yards. The D will be stretched and he won't take such a beating.
