Noisy xp1

So I set up my XP1 today, finally! I primed it, and have everything finally working -- except it is as noisy as can be. I've tried everything and have even taken the thing apart twice, reassembled it, but w/ no success.

Any idea how to make this thing quiet?

Can you describe the noise?

Sounds kinda like a noisy hard drive...I can hear the impeller turning but looked and saw no clogs or anything...I can also hear water flowing inside it every once in a while.

If you hear flowing water, that means there is air inside the container...if you don't have any leaks that you can see, you need to re-prime it.

Now it's making kind of a humming / whiny noise...sounds like the impeller turning.
