Non-aggro Tank Stocking ?s (47g) - tank smaller than expected

thanks mooman! i appreciate the light rec too! i was thinking of going with a dual bulb fixture (i think i linked to a different, 1 bulb light).

I need to remeasure my tank again, but when I measured the tank a second time over the weekend, I came out with slightly diff figures, and the tank came to 51g....so tonight i am going to measure very carefully, inside the tank, to get a conclusive #. are 50g standard? all i seem to read about are 55g.

i feel relieved at least. not sure why the online gallon calculators were telling me it was less than that :huh:

So...I will this new fact alter peoples' recommendations?
