I already do water changes practically every other day to keep the tank as good looking as it does now

It seems that you are not open to advice...so I'm not sure why you asked.
Your tank is already stocked to the limit.
Also, I suspect you may have some problems already if it takes such constant water changes to simply maintain it.

I DON"T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS with it, my water parameters are perfect, I just happen to have the time on my hands to clean it two to three times a week. Don't have to jump all over me you know :rant:

And no, neons are schooling fish, among the ones with the strongest desire to school. You'd need at least 6 or so.
