Noob question on this stock

Ideally this would be the setup

5 gold cardinal tetras
2 bolivian rams
1 gouramis
3 corys
2 adf's

In a planted 20g long

I know this would be considered a little bit full but what are the suggestions as to what I can do with it. Could this possibly work? Will the cardinals be fine with a ram and gouramis?
