NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Well, I'd like to hear (particularly from SubRosa, who I believe works there) how the remodel went...the same thing is happening to my local Pet Supermarket, which I haven't been to in years. They are cutting back tanks also and adding reptiles, I believe.

Sometimes it's good to shake things up...sometimes it's not.

I'll pop in if I'm in the area, at least just to see how much it's changed. But it's ~2 hours away so not sure when that might be.

I've been to 2 other branches of the new store chain in question; and was less than impressed. But who knows what might be possible with the staff they had.

hopes are less than low though.

I'll be going tonight or tomorrow (sorry it keeps being pushed back, my mom has a busy life and my dad won't take me)

you might want to try calling first, if you're not sure they are open.

am trying to call now, and nobody's there, the phone system still calls them captain nemos.

BUT. the most important question is what will happen to limerick

Two headed turtle. I hope he goes to a good home and isn't left there to die in the horrid care of <box store name>...

Just remember that the store ownership will be responsible for stocklists and such,

animal care and husbandry will be taken care of by the staff. So unless they are going to fire everyone and start afresh, it might not be so bad.

at least wait to judge until you've visited them. Then you can use the money you don't spend there to support some of the vendors here.
