I remember that when I was a kid! I was always amazed by his speed and ability to deliver such a volume of presents. After 50 years, he's still unequalled by FEDEX, USPS, UPS, and DHL combined

Since the cold war is over what else does NORAD do the rest of the year????? :idea2:

I guess they have one eye turned towards China and North Korea???

I wondered the same thing before. I'm still trying to figure out why they are trying to develope an missile defense system still.

I have to think it's more to protect our allies than our own country at this point. Their satelite systems provide world wide coverage. I always wonder if we have star wars technology actually in place?? I guess no one will ever know until the time comes where it must be used.

With China, North Korea, Pakistan, Iran and others all getting into their "nuke fad" who knows what will happen. I have a feeling that Israel will target Iran's nuclear sites before they ever reach maturity.
