North Carolina Aquarium Visit ** SEVERE LOAD WARNING **

hello peeps...Myself and Blueiz just wanted to share our visit to the North Carolina Aquariums at Fort Fisher..

It was a wonderfull visit and we both enjoyed it very much, some really beautifull fish and mammals..I would certainly recomend a visit by anyone who lives near or is passing through NC on a visit...

The only thing that struck me was the lack of Reef exibits..well..only 1 actual reef tank..

NC Aquariums at Fort Fisher was one of the places devastated by hurricane Floyd in 1999 while it was actually being re-built and it does now look superb. It houses over 2600 individual species of life ranging from marine life, estuaries, rivers, streams, and other aquatic environments.

Wow.... great pictures. Love the one where the people looking at the jelly fish were in the reflection. The Octopus in the hole was cool too. The lobsters made me feel hungry. Some of those tanks were just awesome. Glad you had fun on your trip.

I just went about 6 weeks ago and took a few cool shots myself
It's a lot nicer than the Pine Knoll Shores. Ft. Fisher is much brighter and easier to take pics...and the layout is smoother....
