Well, I did a little research on my pair of "neon" gobies because they seem to be getting unusually large from the discription of neon gobies that I've seen (both reaching about 4" in length, and their stripes turning splotchy and dappled looking)
I discovered that they are infact Engineer gobies/convict blennies (Different name, same fish) and they can get up to
18" in length!! :thud: I guess I really do need to turn that 110gal I have into a saltwater tank after all, these guys are growing fast.
Yet another sad example of mis-information from the LFS. Oh well, these guys look cool anyway.
