Nova Extreme T5HOX2 Lighting Fixture Question

Are the lamps in this fixture supposed to be different colors? One is bright white and one is pinkish.

I believe one bulb is either 10,000K or 6,700K and the pink is color max (6,700K) but is designed for plants

from everything i read they are good lighting. just different k ratings
