Nuchal Hump Champion

Oh...I saw more FH that looks worst. There was this FH that looks like a pig...I mean...really looks like a pig.

You wouldn't believe how many people who love FH will fall for this look.

The start of FH crazed is because a guy who obtained a FH...and he won lotto...I mean a lot...when his FH developed a huge hump. So...the myth started that the bigger the hump is...the better luck or life you get. I have nothing against Chinese. I'm Chinese myself, but sheesh...I don't believe this stuff. Superstitious! :rolleyes:
 
Despite the seemingly heavy reliance on superstition, the Chinese have a thriving culture...there may actually be something to it, but scientific tests will have to be performed.
 
Maybe the guy was actually lucky to have perceived beauty in the fish and somehow perceived beauty in certain lottery numbers?

:D You haven't seen the ugliest yet. There are people who kept them and think they are pretty.

I mean...Midas, Red Devil, and some other cichlids that develop humps, but they do that naturally. FH is hybrid...breeders tried to make bigger and bigger humps. The bigger...the more expensive they are. That's just not making sense. I will buy a fish if it is rare in nature even if it costs a lot (only if I have money ). Can't believe sometimes that people will buy an expensive fish that made by human. :rolleyes:

Yeah! It is all about luck. If it was really true regarding the hump that associate with luck...sheesh...I believe a lot of fish owners would be rich by now (fish that has hump). And if it was true, I would abandon my pure breed cichlids and go for the ugly b*tt hole.

Nope! It is called King Kong Blood Parrot. It does have the Midas and Red Devil's temper. It can even co-exist with FH, Trimac, Midas, and Red Devil.

There are some King Kong Blood Parrot that is very ugly. I guess the one I posted happened to look better than most :D
 
yea that king kong blood parrot is not that ugly comparted to the first FH and the one Gt in the video. they are both far more ugly that that blood parrot.
