occ clown not eating! fins down! help!

hey all,

recently acquired an orange occ. clown, but up to date (4-days) it still refuses to eat.. i've tried form1,2, frozen bloodworms, mysis, and even live brine shrimp.

its fins are not erected anymore, i'm worried as i've lost a previous one like this too. help!

try food that has garlic in it, that seems to help them eat

hm, my formula 1 and 2 pellets comes with garlic. he looks abit interested, but refuses to eat it..

Try the Garlic extract,it may help.

i've tried soaking pellets in garlic mash, useless too.

What was the dealer feeding it? If you don't know I'd try mysis soaked with garlic x-treme by Kent . Also, what else is in the tank? It could be stressed by another fish.

Ya agree with G, Strange though ive never seen a occ clown without errected fins. When i first got my clowns they took about 3 to 4 days to eat, but only mysis and brine shrimp, took a further couple of weeks before they ate flaked food. This does sound like a fish thats either treated aggresively by other clowns or you most probably bought it having bad health. hope he comes right
