WTB Octopus - NJ or Philly

I'm trying to help my university purchase an octopus. It will be kept at the university and be used for my report. (Don't worry, we are not going to harm the octopus in any way, shape, or form.) My project group and university are looking for a small/dwarf species that does not grow too large.

Any links or leads to purchasing an octopus will be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Any LFS can order one. But they rarely bring them in on spec because of their short lifespans, delicate nature and incredible escaping ability.
 
Thank you for help and replies. Although, some of the links on the site seem outdated. Maybe there is a more updated list somewhere. So I'm still looking for links/leads to obtaining an octopus.

I'll be attempting to inquire more information at a LFS later this week.
