Odd loaches??

Can you keep loaches in a small tank? i only have a ten gallon tank, but i've always loved loaches

dojos and kulis will do in a 10. I hate kulis!!! they look like small worms

depends on the loach. there are plenty of smaller types of loaches

i have 2 clowns and a red tail black shark in my 30 that school together. they r constantly swimming together back and forth or hassling the gourami or riding the air bubbles up from the air stone in the substrate or clicking at me when i walk by. the other morning i got up late and the tank was covered about an hour longer than usual and they were swimming back and forth in there making there little clicking sounds, demanding to be fed, lol. for a couple of 3 in long little fish they certaintly make quite a ruckus. anyways mine r always on the move always looking for food only taking brief breaks to rest. as a matter of fact when my small clown continually stopped swimming the other day that was how i knew she was in trouble. she looked like she was choking so i did a sort of heimlich on her, and it worked. out popped the obstruction and her breathing returned to normal and she swam off. i love my fish i would be seriously bummed if anything happened to them.
