Often wondered, is my tank over-stocked?

That should be plenty of filtration.

Just chiming in to say I would not add the betta. I don't think you were really wanting one, just kinda commenting on them...but just in case you are thinking of it, personally I wouldn't

Stock seems fine to me. Yes the Tetras and Rasboras seem to do best in groups of 6 or more...but I wouldn't add anything else to the tank
