OH. MY. GOSH.

He looks like a fine little guy, I hope to see him in a new tank soon!

Oh you will. :] He may be temporarily housed in a 1g jug. Im unemployed, but have an interview on Thursday that Im confident about. lol. I was thinking a minibow.

wow! Thank goodness you saved him. I hope he makes it. Where are you located? I am in western NC and have a 10 gallon you can have if it will help out......

wow

I have actually seen worse.. ever seen the little bags they get shipped in?

the algae may actually have consumed some of the bad stuff in that water. ;)

It's a good thing he's a betta...if he wasn't he would be dead for sure in that stagnant green water.

I looked down in the cup and I saw the shadow of the poor boy and I thought he was dead bu alas! Gill movement!

And noodles, thanks for the awesome offer, but Im out in California. :/

Good save, make sure to get him out of the sink soon because there are probably trace chemicals in there from soap and cleaning. A 2.5 gallon tank with heater and filter would be ideal (you prob already know that though). Good luck, and post pics when he is healed up. You can use salt, but no melafix for Bettas.

He's outta the sink now. lol. And I'm using a pink of aquarium salt for the stress as well. I'll get him into a 2g or so minibow once I have the money.
