Ok for the sump now

I am planning a sump/fuge for my tank as well, and I'm apparently using the same tank as you are (36x12x16?).
Here is what I am planning....very straightforward and simple. The only thing I am not doing is the bubble trap(never changed the sketch).

LOL, I haven't been to a glass store yet NYC....I had a guy who was suppose to help me make it, but every time I try and find out what I need to do, he just says that it depends on what I want...which yes, I realize it's true..but like I told him I DON"T KNOW, I just want it to work and work well, but instead of giving me any suggestions or telling me how to do it...he says well figure out what you want and we will go from there, he isn't getting it I HAVE NO IDEA!
So anyway, I haven't been yet cause I don't know what I'm getting yet..

I'm figuring the thickness of the acrylic is 3/16".

hopefully this can help you out a bit. Pretty simple and standard way of setting up a sump , with enough space for your skimmer. . :)

The bubble trap is the 3 pieces of glass close to each other right?? I'm pretty sure I want that (the bubble trap)...thank you that looks pretty much what I thought they are suppose to look like...I just need the help with dimensions, placement of stuff and how to make the baffles and such...ok so everything LOL!

So is that 3 pieces that are 12"L one that is 14 3/4" long?
