ok to feed store bought shrimp?

I have a 2 foot zebra eel that wont eat anything I put in front of him.. I gave him a couple of store bought (Grocery store) shrimp... Will this hurt him in the long run?

I feed my trigger store bought shrimp--wild caught in the Gulf of Mexico (I bet farm raised would be cleaner--lol). I've been doing this once or twice a month since August. He loves it and I have had no adverse effects.

Nothing, wrong with feeding store bought shrimp. Make sure that they are unshelled and that he has a varied diet. If you can get them with head on that's even better.
