ok, what is going on with my trigger fish

he has ich, so i moved him into a quareentine tank, with copperSafe, i also moved in my small damsel, it is a 5.5gal tank, and it has the same exact water as the regular aquarium i keep him in, and it has a powerhead moving water, but now he is acting really weird, i can put my hands in the tank and he doesnt move around on anything, he points his face directly down and tries to swim, i was watching him before and he was almost getting sucked into the powerhead, so i moved it all the way to the bottom. he is just doing all-around weird stuff. what is going on, if he continues to act like this, what should i do? put him back in the regular tank?

hmm, after i posted that he started looking worse, so i immediately put him in his regular tank for the night, and now he is fine! anyone know what is going on
