Old Skool Bowfront??

Today I was checking out some online classifieds and came across this crazy looking tank, They advertised it as 200 gallons but im not so sure. Only asking $50 Canadian, Think I might pick it up but my only concern is if its Acrylic or Glass. Im guessing Acrylic because of the shape, Could it be glass?? If it is cutting the top to allow room for a filter might be a problem.

What do you Guys/Gals think? Anyone see a tank like this before??

it is acrylic, but it isnt all that old, mby 5-10yrs at most. it is called a flat back hex

doesn't look like 200g either. maybe 200l? still a good deal for $50
