ok so not as flashy as some of the others. my first nerites were olives and after being work horses in my tanks clearing the algae like mad i had to get more. i also have some in black need to get pics of them.

Still my favorite Nerites, even with the fancier ones out there. Hardy, active and rips through algae like nobody's business.

I was able to score three of them for free at my LFS yesterday! The employee had no idea what they were or how they got there so he just threw them in the bag and said "don't worry about it". I wanted too look around for more but did'nt want to push it.

they dont breed in fw. since i wont down bw or sw if my life depended on it..... no havent breed them yet....
