While playing around with the new cam, by chance I got my first UFO picture!
As you can see, it's a bit oval, or saucer shaped...

Best to be truthful and say it was really a bird with its wings folded in ...

Looks like one of those wood peckers. I cant remember the species name though. They have this wierd way of flying where they fold their wings back and hold them for a few seconds before they flap again. Very cool pic though.

I know what you mean. I think they are called a Pileated Woodpecker or something like that. They sort of glide in between wing flaps.
