Nice. Where's the stand for it? Sell the 29 for $30. Usually, used old tanks are sold for $1 a gallon.

the stand is what the 29 is on! i know i prolly shouldnt have used it since it doesnt cover all the sides but hey, didnt have the time or resources to build one.

Good clean up on the tank! (now start on the room :grinyes: )

Thanx! yea my room is a mess.....iam still waiting for fema's help!!!!:perv::headshake2:

Play sand looks nice, but I once had a 77gal with playsand and had huge ammonia/nitrate problems and couldn't get rid of, cleared right up as soon as I took most of the sand out. also hard to clean as the vac sucks it right up & leaves the poo behind.

ive actually heard quite the opposite. easy to clean, poo actually stays on top of it, unlike my gravel where it finds its way down a bit. sucks that you had the ammonia problems.

yeah, I assumed it was the sand, I lost several hundred dollars worth of fish before I was able to get it under control. Always thought it was the sand as no amount of water changes or vacuuming did anything & it went away after I took out most of the sand.

Good luck with your tank though, it's definitely an amazing find!
