OMG im soOOO not watching cloverfield AGAIN

who said monsters inc was scary? lol. war of the worlds, the new one, freaked me out. but pretty much anything with aliens freaks me out.

Hmmmm, now I need to watch it.

lol, I thought it was fairly ho-hum. I expected better from a LOST writer. Now, The Grudge, in an unfinished garage, on a really stormy night, with 3 girlfriends and no one else.....THAT was creepy!

I liked it. It was rather difficult to watch since it was filmed from the perspective of someone holding a camcorder while the 'events' took place. I found it believable and pretty realistic. I actually thought the ending was perfect.

The monster was actually a newly hatched baby that lost it's way (from what I've heard from the movie makers)...I'd hate to see it's mother if that's the case.

cloverfield was horrible, not scary just bad

Eh, saw it in the 70's, they just called it "godzilla" and had more plot. Nice special effects and all, but ya know, everything has such good special effects nowdays, I'm no longer impressed by cgi. I miss back when movies had good charcterization and some decent storylines. Oh yeah, no more freaking comic book remakes. We got the point somewhere back round the punisher.
