Sorry to hijack the thread, but with all the local people congregating, I have to ask if anyone knows of a good private LFS with a good selection of plants or possibility of ordering through them. There was a good little store at Steeles and Torbram, but I haven't been there in a while and I don't see them in the yellow pages anymore.

No, I meant not a chain, like PJ's or SuperPet or anything. Something small, with hopefully a different selection than that chains, and maybe more knowledgeable people.

ohhh, well I heard of this place at dundas and dixie (right beside Big al's) called dragon aquariums or something. I'm going to check it out..I heard they had some great deals on plants

I went to dragon aquariums on monday, horrible place. Had like 2 small tanks of plants...they have a snapping turtle though!
