My darlings, in their new 60g home. Still looking for homes for quite a few fish, hence the divided tank.

You can see that on the left I have four neons (whoever I told that I had cardinals, Im sorry, you were right, I was mistaken. I had HAD cardinals, now I have neons), a male betta, and a couple females.
On the right are the goldies, two black skirt tetras, a crowntail betta, and a couple more female bettas. I'm hoping to find new homes for the crowntail, the neons, and possibly the black skirts.

Overstocked, I know. I know. I'm vastly overfiltering, and I keep a daily log of the stats. I just finished the cycle, and everyone's looking quite happy. As you can see:

I could swear they're singing an opera in there, they yawn all the time.

Ready, everyone show off your fins, all at once now!

Upstart, queen of the tank.

How can you say no to these faces?

He likes to move out of focus when he does pretty things.

Sakura again.

My, you're shiny. Healthy goldfish, eh? They shine like mirrors.

Sometimes we like to pretend we're koi fishes.

lol gorgeous fish love em !!!!!!!!!!!! sing baby sing

im not so much of a fan of goldfish, but i must say..yours are truely magnificent, i love the vibrant color on the male, and the pearly white on the female..gorgeous

have they every bred?

beautiful tank BTW

Thanks everyone! They haven't bred yet, but I think it's really only a matter of time... he chases her everywhere. Yesterday they circled the big fern plant eight times in a row while I was photographing him. He's so eager, always rubbing up against her and chasing her around. I rather hope that at some point she gives in, just for his sake. Though lord knows what I'd do with the fry. I mean, these are my babies! I don't know if I could stand to give them to a LFS and see the progeny of my wonderful fish suffer in the feeder tank! I'd probably donate them to a good friend with comets in his backyard pond.

Very nice!

Hi ,

I am a big goldfish fan. I just gave mine to my friend because they outgrew their tank and me living in apartment couldn't have a bigger tank.
but anyways.....

GREAT PICTURES!!!!!!!! i love the one that says how can you say no to these faces... they are very adorable!
