oodinium help please

Don't move wet snails from a potentially infected tank to a clean tank. Passive spread of pathogens with the water film on the snails is possible. QT them separately at least for a couple of presumed pathogen's life cycle.

Thanks RTR, I had kind of thought that. The idea was to move all guppies to the q-tank which already has some potentially infected fish in it, and treat them. at the same time move all snails to the guppy breeder which is the tank where I have signs of a problem, The guppy breeder would then be snail only and I could give it some time while the fish are treated. The Q-tank shows no signs of problems, but the guppies in it were siphoned out of the problem tank, and stand a good chance of being involved. So really despite the fact that only one tank is showing a problem, two tanks are potentially infected. As the guppies have a higher purpose, I want these tanks both devoid of parasites if possible.
