opinions on lighting please

I Just bought a 29 Gal tank to make a small SW reef I am about to order lighting online but am not sure which lights I like better. Any opinions on either one of these

Please also advise how many hours should I leave the lights on. Switch on in the day and off in the night?

Both of the lights would be fine. I have used a Corallife 2X65 hood for a few years, and it does the trick.

I am indifferent about moonlights. Based on my experience on the reef at night, they are way too bright.

As far as photoperiod, I usually have the actinics on for 12 hours a day, the daylights on for 8.
