for equipment you cant go wrong with drs. foster smith. they have great customer service although i have heard their prices r a little bit(few dollars) higher on some products but ive heard that they more than make up for their price with their great customer service in case anything gets damaged or anything like that while being shipped. also wth $5.99 to ship your order no matter how long is really nice too

There's a sticky in the equipment and products subforum where people have shared online vendors they have had some experience with.
Thank you. I have tried Dr. Foster Smith for hardware (lights) before and it was good. I will try out some of these vendors and report back. Thanks for all the input.
Try kensfish.com he is a on the smaller side but has great products for great prices. Also check out http://bobstropicalplants.com/ because he is a member here and I would try to support the forum first and for most personally. He has mostly plants and some cool inverts!
