There is actually at least one true freshwater moray eel, although it is quite rare and hard to come by...
The name eludes me right now, but its not a G.Tile incase you thought that was the eel in question...
A few members on MFK have them, and one vendor on there i think was recently selling them, and if memory serves me correctly, they were also saying they need quite high alkalinity freshwater to thrive...
