Ok so the title was really just a lure for yall. Ive have seen several oscars out there, and per the advice of this wonderfull site, they will be housed (2 of them) with some same sized others for now, in a brand spankin new 75 tall...how the devil ill get it thru the door i havent the faintest.

Of all the oscar variations out there, who knows what about behaviour and max size-or is it the same fish in different clothes? Looking for some that will get big, not HUGE-but if thats the way it has to be ill deal with a bigger house when the time comes. I think we can all agree a 75G substantial for a pair of these guys, even Kas maybe?
. Im building this sucker up from the ground myself, minus the glass. Starting design on a stand that hides the ugly plastic and houses a 15g gallon food breeder/ Qtank right up front for all to see. (twisted side of me likes people to go "aww cute goldfish" then net it out and watch the oscars enjoy, but maybe im just sick). Canpoy to match and the whole thing (outside) out of true aged "barn boards" from a recent demolitions project on grandmas farm. Heck, if anyone has any tips on stand building that isnt in the DIY area feel free. Thank a bunch.
