Oscars not getting along

i did put up a divider and now the smaller oscar isn't sitting around in the corner all day ... its starting to swim around again....

My Oscars do that constantly but both of them are roughly the same size. They're both females and they have laid eggs in the tank a few times. Since no male Oscar is present, I wind up scraping the eggs out of the tank. Have you ever thought of adding a Red Devil to the mix?

you may want to try some target fish in there. Larger silver dollars are big and fast enough to divert some aggression.

Will full grown silver dollars be able to survive a tank with full grown oscars (and/or JDs, GTs, etc.)?

Provided the tank is around 200-300g

since i've put the divider in they tend to sit face to face at the divider and look at eachother... they do it quite often....
