Thats where the python comes in. I have 2 tanks about 6 inches off the ground (they are on a double stand) Turn the water on full blast, and you get great suction, even at ground level. I would just hate to spend all that money on a 75 gallon tank, only to have it laying on the ground though.
 
Using 2 or more cinder blocks, on eiter side and a 3" think woden bored that will fit the tank, will work well.
