what other fish should i add to my tank and dont say add more glos and barbs what are some funny cool fish.....yes ima add more barbs and tetras

How many do you have? They don't always school. In fact if they don't school it is a good thing, it means they feel safe. But you still need to have the proper amount or they will get stressed because when they do decide to school they won't be able to.

Are you talking about your lamp eyes? You need a half a dozen or so to school. They'll be a lot more interesting too, that way, than watching three little fish drift aimlessly around the tank.
