Other hobbies

Atreis- thankyou very much,it was alot of work! the boat is a low shear 35 Duffy,powered with a Cummins 450, tops out at 26 knots at 2400 rpm,a little over propped.

Ktrom13- No I have not been,have many friends and some family there..oneday I will get there!
 
Very nice job on the boat, dun! Aside from the glass boxes, my hobbies are FISHING, hunting, kayaking, making wind chimes, gardening and makin' things in my workshop.

Sweet, i was hoping to go put in my papers for my FID this week but right now im in the midst of a snowstorm and i dont want to drive. Where do you hunt( and what do you hunt)?

I'm into guns, riding my motorcycle, dogs (pics of our 6 week old Aussie puppies in general freshwater under "A few pics..." ). Love spending time in the great outdoors, and enjoying all of those things with family and friends.

I hunt several places around Texas...locally doves and feral hogs. I hunt white tails in the Davy Crockett National Forest and a ranch in Gonzales, Tx. I own several rifles and shotguns, as well as pistols. This year I'll take my CHL class. I have some rare(er) rifles; A Fin-bear Sako .270 with full Mannlicher stock, a Rem. 700BDL 8mm Rem Mag, a S&W .270. Others are Rem 700VLS .308, Rem 700BDL .25-06 bull barrel, Interarms .270 with full Mannlicher stock, Weatherby MarkV .300 Win Mag. All but the Interarms .270 are scoped; the Sako and 8mm Mag have never had a round in them.
