How big of an aquarium is this? In my experience otos will find enough to eat even if you don't feed them directly; they are so tiny and cold-blooded so they really don't need much food. If you want you could try feeding them some romaine lettuce dipped in boiling water for a few seconds. Drop it in the tank for a few hours tied to a rock then take it out.
