Otos for a ten gallon

yes Otos and Cory's Typically do well together because Cory's ar just bottom scavangers and don't usually eat tank algae but mine do love the algae wafers while My otos ignore them.

I have 2 otos with my 3 cory's

Florida Flagfish do really well with large amounts of algae, as they will rip at it and eat it. Siamese Algae Eaters (SAE), also do a nice job of eating the algae.

But you're right, nothing really eats algae as well as a snail! But, most snails breed prolifically and non-stop, meaning you may have more snails than you bargained for!

Yea once the flagfish run out of algae they will start eating the plants. By the time you get enough snails to eat the algae in the tank you will end up giving up on the problem.
