Thanks irish. Don't be envious yet, we have quite a few very long days or weeks ahead of us to do this. As a matter of fact, after the work today, I don't think I or my husband are going to make it to midnight to ring in the new year. I imagine I will be checking my eye lids for holes well before then tonight.

Good luck! My husband and I thought about remodelling our old house ten years ago, but when we realized how poorly constructed it was we decided there was no fixing it and put up a new house instead. Thank the gods or whatever for manufactured homes!
