Our House Renovation Has Begun and It Will Include 2 Walls With Built In Tanks

that tank wall has come together to be absolutely gorgeous. curious... did you guys order the cabinet doors or make them?

either way... STUNNING! the finish really does make the job. honestly i was a little apprehensive about the white gravel but it really makes it almost seamless with the wall. the wife is going to want to kill me AND you cause i'm not going to stop badgering her now. lol i can see it now... me: see honey, this is what i can do if i get permission. her: leave me alone, i have a headache. roflol...

Thank you! We had them made. Friends of ours make kitchen cabinets for a living and we asked them to make them for us. My husband knows how and could have done it himself, but this way was a lot faster and for $300 it was well worth not having to fight with doing it ourselves.

beautiful snoopy !!!! looks amazing

Thank you.

Awesome!

Thanks guys. Mellow, no they can not come out without the trim coming off, but each section is built to be removed in one piece and is held on with only 6 - 3" screws. So, if I have to remove one it is relatively simple to do so.

I don't know how I missed this thread, but it is awesome! The driftwood with the holes in it in the discus tank is so cool.

My dad did the same thing with his cabinets, ordering the doors. He makes his own bases and sometimes the drawers, but he said it was actually way cheaper and faster to just order them. He's been in construction for over 30 years, and he's built the cabinets for his last 2 houses.

Oh, yeah, and nice buck mounts!

Very nice , and I mean it !!!! Beautiful
