for dosing my 10 gallon I have 1 of those little plastic syringes (with no needle) that holds 1 tsp (which is 5 ml) so you can acurately measure down to like 1/5 of a mL using a syringe. Which is 1/25 of a tsp. If you don't already have a syringe, make your way to the pharmacy section at your grocery store and if you don't see a syringe or don't know what one looks like, ask someone at the counter. For small tanks, syringes are about the handiest thing on earth!
