Hi everyone. I have a 20L beta tank in my office (Mauritius, currently in summer) moderately planted. I had a day off yesterday and today I saw all my foreground plants have completely melted. According to my colleagues, yesterday they were all fine. I have seen melts before but prolonged over several weeks. This one is a complete melt within 24 hours. See the Before ( taken 2 days ago) and After pics (today) below. The fish seem totally fine thankfully. I need your help on 2 things:
(1) What can cause such a sudden and total melt?
(2) What do I do now? clean it up and hope the plants grow back? Or just get rid of them and plant new?
